Request For UNIBEN Transcript


The procedure for application is as follows:

  1. Visit www.uniben.edu Or uniben.waeup.org
  2. On the UNIBEN.EDU SITE, Select Request For Transcript.
    Please ensure you have a valid e-mail account(not the cyber-cafe’s mail).
  3. Click on Request Transcript From the Menu
  4. Enter your Student ID or Matriculation Number and email address from your Student Record
  5. If you cannot recall above information or else do not have a record on the Student Portal as at time of graduation, THen, simply bypass above step and click on Apply Here link to fill the full Application Form
  6. Provide all necessary information.
  7. An immediate mail will be sent to the provided e-mail address.
  8. Open your mail to get your system generated ID and Password that you will use to login. Note that at the time of first login, same is displayed on your screen.
  9. When returning, On uniben.waeup.org click on 'Login' (top right of the front page).
  10. Enter your user name and the password from the mail to login.
  11. To start the application process, please click on 'Edit application record' and provide all required information and upload your passport photograph; eligibility form (where available) and statement of result (compulsory).
  12. Upload a clear 1” x 1” COLOURED passport photograph with red background in JPEG format only.
  13. To pay for the Application, click on “Add online payment ticket” at the bottom of the page, then click on “College Pay” or "Pay via Remita" on the top left corner of the page, follow the instruction to pay the application fee with an ATM-Enabled Master Card from any commercial Bank.
  14. Preview and confirm your information before submitting your application on-line.
  15. You cannot edit your application after submission.
